Welcome to the Amagi School of Dance — Yukiko Amagi At Your Service! (Plus FREE DLC!?)

Things are getting nice and steamy now! The wonderful Yukiko shows off her moves, and there’s even news about FREE DLC?! Slap on some sunscreen, the girls are getting their swimsuits!

From demure innkeeper to unstoppable on the dance floor, Chie’s best friend Yukiko Amagi is in the spotlight for this character video. Known for her elegance and beauty, Yukiko definitely emanates class and grace infusing ballet and traditional Japanese dance into her routines! Yukiko cares for her friends and family deeply, and vows to become stronger to protect everyone around her — she doesn’t hesitate to help when Yu and the Investigation Team venture into the Midnight Stage to save Kanamin Kitchen!

But that’s not all! Straight from Atlus themselves:

Like previous Persona titles (Q, Ultimax) and other ATLUS titles released this year (so much free launch DLC! We love you all!), Persona 4: Dancing All Night will have a set of free DLC at launch! Specifically, the Girls’ Swimsuit Set! DLC only affects Free Dance Mode, but it allows you to take full control of your character’s look and their dance partner’s look as well! Costumes are a big part of in-game items as well as DLC, so you’re not going to want to miss out on this! But act quickly, the free launch DLC will only last for ONE week following the game’s launch on Sept. 29.
The Girls’ Swimsuit Set unlocks the swimsuit costumes for Rise, Yukiko, Chie, and Naoto!
So what do these look like? Well…

Keeping the Bromance Alive — Yosuke and Yu Reunited for Another Mission!

Woah, more characters for Persona 4: Dancing All Night? Don’t mind if we do! This time we’ve got the true OTP of the series, Kanji and Yosuke! Two hard working dudes that just want to dance!

YA WANT SOME?! WELL OK THEN! Up next on the Midnight Stage is Kanji Tatsumi! The notorious delinquent has a tough exterior, but deep down, Kanji has a soft spot for anything cute, which is why he won’t let anyone stop him from rescuing the members of Kanamin Kitchen! Persona 4 fans get a chance to see Kanji prove he’s all man with his powerful dance moves as he and his Persona defeat Shadows and bring down the house!

Debuting next is Yu’s #1 Best Bro, Yosuke Hanamura! Despite his moments of clumsiness in Persona 4, Yosuke is agile and specializes in fast-paced songs. He comes into Persona 4: Dancing All Night strong with some stylish hip-hop inspired dance moves! Team up with Yosuke and the rest of the Investigation Team as they dance their way to rescue Kanamin Kitchen. Check out his trailer video to see him strut his stuff in some hilarious costumes!

Forget what Persona 4: Dancing All Night is about? Persona 4: Dancing All Night is a story-driven music game that takes place after the events in Persona 4. Players get pulled onto the MidnightStage when the spotlight turns to mega-idol Rise and her junior group, Kanamin Kitchen. Members of Kanamin Kitchen have disappeared and it’s up to the Investigation Team to mount a rescue mission – only they discover the same monstrous Shadows from the Midnight Channel. To make matters even worse, their Persona abilities are rendered ineffective, and the Shadows in P4D can only be defeated by dance, so bust out powerful dance moves to save the day!

With more characters being shown as we get closer to the release, who do YOU want to dance as?

The Brightest Stars of Persona 4: Dancing All Night — Yu Narukami and Rise Kujikawa

I know we just posted a couple of funny videos from Persona 4: Dancing All Night, but we’ve got to start getting ready for the game. Luckily, Atlus just sent us some brand new trailers and screenshots!

You don’t have an Idol Group without cast members, so it’s time to start meeting Persona 4: Dancing All Night’s cast! We’re starting off with two character videos.

First up? The Mega-Idol Star herself, Risette! She needs the help of the Investigation Team to save her Junior Idol group, Kanamin Kitchen when they go missing. Rise calls upon her old friends to go into the Midnight Stage and take on the Shadows that dwell within. Here’s her P4D Character Video and some screenshots (showing off her various costumes and accessories).

Next up, the head of the Investigation Team and the Persona 4 protagonist himself, Yu Narukami. Once Rise sends out the call for help, Yu and the rest of the Investigation Team are more than eager to help out. So Yu leads the rest of the investigation team as they bust out some crazy dance moves to help fight off the Shadows!
